Found the bed itself to be of high quality workmanship and very sturdy. The turnaround time was very quick and found customer service to be helpful and responsive (thank you to Lewis Preston in particular who provided a quick and polite response to an admittedly very silly question on my part)!

We bought our bed from GLB two years ago. Incredibly solid bed and build so solidly. We chose the Oxford bed. Still in wonderful shape two years on. Can highly recommend.

I bought a space-saver single twin bed frame. It is well-designed, directions for assembly were clear. It is very convenient for my small apartment. The removable shelf is a great accessory, too.

We ordered our beds and I was a bit worried about having wooden beds Incase they creaked and groaned everytime you move or turn over in the night!
They were very sturdy and so well made they went together very tightly with no creakes on or groans from them.
They look very modern and minimalistic and will never date and they are so comfortable.
So glad we made the switch from the old fashioned divan with drawers!
Everyone comments on them when we show them around our new property.
Delivery was everything we expected from a company like Get Laid Beds.

Can't say I would buy from them again as the beds won't ever wear out or need replacing!
But I would highly recommend everyone else to purchase with peace of mind.

Great bed. Easy to assemble and very stylish.

First bed we bought creaked excessively. We contacted Get Laid Beds, who gave advice on the wood settling and tightening screws and giving more time. After some more time, the issue hasn't resolved - the team offered a different style of bed as replacement, arranged for bed to be collected and delivered new bed. Very pleasant and helpful company to deal with, and clearly are invested in ensuring customers are happy with their product. Thanks again

Amazing customer service. I was kept updated throughout the whole process from start to finish including the delivery company FedEx ( some companies use a cheap delivery company and it always backfires )

Ordered a king size platform bed and have to say it’s one of the best beds I’ve ever bought. From ordering to delivery the whole service, communication was superb.
The bed itself is top quality, sturdy and very well made. The instructions are very easy to follow

2nd Get Laid bed purchased. Perfect small double size for 10 year old. Great product and very well made. The only improvement could be the instructions which are for multiple products and are not very clear

Good amount of emails to say what is going on with your bed

Only time I spoke to some we had a few parts were missed out if the box some how but they were extremely fast and amazing at fixing this and to get the parts out to us.

I ordered a spacesaver platform bed with wall mounted headboard both in oak. The order was acknowledged promptly and I was kept informed regularly on progress with my order. I requested a specific delivey date and this was adhered to. The quality of the products and the assembly instructions were excellent
