Happy so far - it was a lot more manual assamble than expected but the bed is solid.

It was missing one screw ( I haven't lost it - counted all!) but managed without.

The customer service is amazing, my daughter broke a slat on her bed after 2 years. I phoned and asked for a replacement and one sent out straight away, no questions asked just resolved.
