Get Laid Beds 5 Step's To The Perfect Nights Sleep

By Jack 6 September 2015

  1. Make sure you try to wake up at the same time everyday  – It is crucial that you try to wake up at the same time on most days, failing to do so can make you feel groggy and almost like you’re hungover, and even when you turn to a Red Bull to drag you out of your misery, you will always struggle to return to the mental edge you’re capable of. Although it sounds like a task in itself, you don’t need to be specific, as long as you wake up around the same time every morning and not 11:30am one day and 7am the other you should be fine.

  2. Avoid Early Sleeping – The second step, in the recipe for success is;  if your eye’s don’t feel like they have paper cuts, and aren’t drooping, DO NOT go to sleep. Otherwise you will find yourself laying in bed, tossing and turning for hours and not getting the sleep you need. So the best thing to do is wait until you are struggling to keep open your eyes, and you feel the time is necessary for you to fall asleep then make your way to bed, this way you will be tired enough to hopefully just drop off.

  3. That Crucial Hour – You know the hour we’re talking about, the one right before you go to bed? Now this should be your time for winding down, not the time to think you’re invincible and do every household job required. In this hour, it is important you take some time for yourself, relax, kick back, watch a bit of your favourite tele so you’re calm before you go to sleep.

  4. Sunday Night Sleeplessness – Do you have a tendency to stay up late on Friday and Saturday night and then sleep in on Saturday and Sunday mornings? Then more fool you. This type of behaviour screws up your biological clocks, and therefore however early you go to sleep on Sunday night, you will not get to sleep and by the time work arrives on Monday morning, you will not be best pleased. Try and be consistent in the times you wake up and go to sleep, because your body will not be able to get used to the shock of getting up at 7am on a monday morning if you have been sleeping late at the weekend.

  5. Sleep in a bed from Get Laid Beds –  It is important the bed you are sleeping on is a luxurious sleeping heaven, which entices you to look forward to your bedtimes.
